Here's something I doodled in OC today because. . . I didn't want to do anything else.  I dont draw KyoTome as often as I should; it was fun doing his scales and fins though. He doesn't look like just an inverted Shinerai anymore.

I like how the tongue seems to glow through the mouth. the background has a good contrast with the blue-green. its really nice and looks a bit water colored.
