I really enjoyed doing the last headshot I submitted, so I really wanted to do another one in the same style. Nailmus doesn't get enough attention and his face is incredibly hard to draw from any angle other than the side, so I figured he'd be a good subject for practice.

I swear I'll work on commissions next

Amazing drawing of an amazing character! Avians are just an awesome species. I love how their heads look.
You also did a great job with the 'backlight' thing, or whatever it's called. Anyway, the lightning looks very natural and beautiful! *runs off to practice*
