This is something I did for the new exchange group --> :iconexchangejam:! I helped cofound it and its first exchange was March-April. I obviously a little late, due to unforeseen events, but I hope the result is worth it.

This is *Kyyraneth's character of the same name, whom I hear enjoys sunrises. The themes I went with for this drawing were "Calm" and "Sitting" but i think I covered "climbing" and "laying" too, haha.

Anyway C: Onto commissions. Enjoy.

Awesome! Love this picture. You gave it a lively appearance with the color and shading composition. The background is wonderfully rendered and doesn't feel out of place at all.

It's been a while since I've logged into DA. Busy with work and such. So yeah, I'm happy to see that Shin is still Shin.

Awesome work with a great contrast of colors. Typically, such things can only be produced by a sunrise. The shadowing, depth of field are nice. I did notice the luminance from the translucent leaves and wings. Excellent details that are quite difficult to reproduce properly.
