Another commission! this time, it's ~Tokenekie's character by the same name C:

I really wanted to convey what you wanted from this commission, but it was very difficult to do so without using any scenery or animals. I hope I was still able to get "relaxed" in there.

Not really, these were 20% each and I used them to pay rent because I was broke. Now I spend more time working Full Time somewhere else and can't take many commissions )':

oh my gosh I love the flowyness in this :0 Especially the mane, so beautiful ;o;
When I was a little kid and someone was reading me a story book, if there was a particularly flowy picture I would have to trace it with my finger before said person was allowed to turn the page. I feel the urge to do that now, lol.

psh, all of your work is so wonderful it all deserves comments, even if I feel like I'm being repetitive when I run out of things to say, lol.
What I bet you have way awesome childhood memories. Like where everyone calls you an artistic prodigy. Or when in 4th grade you decided to change your name to "Dragon" and started writing that on all of your school papers. Oh no wait, that was me again.

HAHA I wish I was that cool xD Though I think I drew more dinosaurs at that time. I wasn't even clever enough to come up with 'liz' as a nickname. I wrote my full name on everything until about. . last year. Though I did go by Shin my senior year in high school.

If you don't mind me asking, where did "Shinerai" come from anyway? I remember you posting about the origins of the character, but I can't remember if you ever said anything about the name. I think "Shinerai" is far more creative than "Kirara" though. In 8th grade my friends and I were really into the anime scene, and we were all assigned a character from the show "Inuyasha". Over the years the name just kind of stuck with me and I don't really associate it to the show anymore. I still call some of my friends by their nicknames though, like Shippo and Koga, haha.

Haha. I used to like Inuyasha too and my nickname was "inu-chan" xD Those are nostalgic days (er actually that was just high school). As for the name Shinerai, it originated when I was a young weaboo in middle school and listed out all the japanese katakanas. and I would name my characters going off of what katakana I thought looked good together. Shinerai was one of those that I just jumbled together, haha. Though it doesn't have that meaning for the character anymore, he's in my headworld now.

Haha omg I did that exact same thing for my character Enilef (who was originally named "Kikiya"). That's kind of an interesting way of naming characters anyway, sounds much better than picking from English letters because most of the time you'd just get something like "sfdgfhgjs" XD

Haha, yeah!
Well, no I can't say that XD A lot of my characters have names that are basically "keyboard smashes that I pronounced and then typed the pronunciation" XD
