Description

This is the last commission for tWistedscissors, this time featuring their Pokemon trainer, Judge, and his three headed milotic.

I know judge likes to read so he is reading. And still intimidating, I guess. I was going to draw tentacruel too, but I didn't realize how enormous milotic actually is, at a little over 20 feet. So I hope the representation I have here is one that satisfies Pokemon fans cx
